The Labours of the East Kingdom

The Labours of the East Kingdom is a 2015 calendar and also sets of note cards created by calligraphers and illuminators from the Northeast branch of the Society for Creative Anachronism.  The SCA is a world wide organization that recreates the arts and skills of pre-17th Europe (and beyond).  The calendar shows many of the activities done in the SCA with accompanying poems by Master Christian von Jaueregk.

Sales of The Labours of the East help pay for the travel costs of the East Kingdom’s royalty when they attend events inside the kingdom and go to wars in other kingdoms.  However, this is more than just a fundraiser.  It’s a way to enjoy the beautiful work of our artisans and share the unique aspects of the SCA with others.  Want to explain what you do on your weekends to relatives?  Show a friend why they should come to an event?  Enjoy the beauty of your hobby in the middle of your work days?  Order a calendar or the note cards!

The hanging size of the calendar is 11×17. The calendars will be professionally printed on durable gloss paper and saddle stitched for ease of saving individual images.
